Your commitment to us:

Main purpose of the role

An eye for detail and pride in your work - enthusiasm is integral to the role.
Management of the onsite team.
Ensuring builds are completed on time and to budget.
Working with the Project Manager to create accurate quotations.
Liaising with customers during their project work.

Key Requirements:

Must be able to work under you own initiative, with excellent time management.
Work to our stringent health and safety standards.
A FULL CLEAN UK driving licence is essential.
Must be highly competent in these areas 1) Hard Landscaping: Setting out sites, Paving, Walling, Excavations, Foundations, Water features, Timber work.

Essential:

Must have 3 years experience as a landscaper.
Strong project management skills – able to plan, monitor and review builds covering a variety of construction methods.
Great customer relationship building skills.
Deadline management.
People management skills – lead a field-based team.
Delegation skills.
Communication – effective verbal and written.
Numerate.

Qualifications in landscaping and CSCS Card will be beneficial, but not essential.
Experience is an asset in this role; character, drive, demonstrated skill, motivation and confidence are factors that should set you apart from the crowd!
