In production cutting a full board 2.8m x 2.1m on the panel saw. This saw has a little scoring blade before the main blade to create a perfect chip free cut.

A professional edgebander giving a perfect edge, as the board passes through, it gets both ends trimmed, edged trimmed and rounded over and glue scraped and edged buffed, result being the perfect edge.
