Another job completed ✔️

Here we have another small job completed for TOTAL TRAINING CLUB in Wisbech!!

With the gym contacting us with ideas of what they could do to separate the female area from the main gym and to prevent members of the gym using the equipment for the female area,

I incorporated with what was there before, with building a full height stud wall and fully cladding it with 4x1 to match existing, and install a door liner with a dordogne door to match with a Newington chrome handle again to match existing, this now has a full lock for only TOTAL TRAINING members of staff and the female members,

Another job completed ✔️

Here we have another recent project completed for a returning customer in March,

The customer came to us wanting to strengthen the full decking where there were a few soft stops, and wanted a full change of new boards and mainly wanted the direction of boards changed,

We began by giving it a full strip back, removing all waste off site, inspecting all the rafters and strengthening all timber rafters where needed, we went for the full boarder around the perimeter still keeping the 45 degree corners, and ran all the boards straight, we kept all boards with a 6mm spacing to allow for expansion and that’s another job completed bringing this lovely garden back to life👏

Another job completed ✔️

Here we have another kitchen and utility install we have just completed in walsoken near Wisbech,

This job again consisted of a full package, where we stripped out the existing kitchen with all waste taken away, new Wren kitchen supplied and fitted, all fully designed in house offering all options to really let the customers have there dream kitchen,

We fully fitted this kitchen, installing all new plumbing and new electrics, with new brushed silver steel socket fronts both In the full kitchen and utility room,

The customers are over the moon with the transformation as it really modernises there new home,

Check out these before and afters 👀😮‍💨

Here we have another complete fit out of internal doors in Downham Market!

We have just completed this lovely fit out of 5x Kerry glazed oak doors supplied and fitted in Downham Market, with the customer wanting to allow more light within the full down stairs of his lovely property these were the perfect match for it, we installed one door with a Yale sashlock, and the double doors with a chrome flush bolt, with the all 5 doors re using the same iron mongery all to the customers request,

It’s been a pleasure to do such nice work in a lovely home for another great customer and we look forward to returning soon for further works,

Here we have 2 jobs completed in one day!!!

Job 1 consisted of a fire door install with a return visit back where we completed 2 fire doors not long ago, this job was very much needed aswell with a 6-month inspection coming up it all had to be in good working order, so we removed the full door and frame, installed a new FD30 fire door liner finished with fire foam to make it all up to regulations, we then installed a FD30 door with all relevant iron mongery, such as intumescent strips, fire rated 4” hinges with fire pads behind, fire rated handle pack, over head closer and all relevant signs, finished off with new architrave, we think this looks great and can’t wait for this to be passed on inspection,

Job 2 consisted of another returning customer where we previously installed 6, oak veneer doors with Newington black handles with black hinges to match, so we done the same again as she liked it so much, this time with a maximum security sash-lock to give her that piece of mind,

2 great jobs completed in one day and another 2 happy customers, thanks again to both for choosing fresh homes construction we look forward to returning once again in the future!!!

Another job completed ✔️

Here we have another kitchen install completed in St Neots,

This job was a full package deal, which consisted of designing it on our 3D app, to really allow the customers choose exactly how they wanted it, this kitchen was for one of our good customers we have completed a number of jobs for, so it was great to be chosen again for another one,

This started with a full strip out, new plumbing installed as the existing wasn’t fit to be used again, new double sockets relocated, new full kitchen install, new window boards, ceiling and walls fully painted to the customers preference, new dual fuel cooker supplied and fitted,

Really happy with the outcome of this job, it was a great transformation once again, from an old and knackered kitchen to a new and improved one!!!

Another job completed ✔️

Here we have another recent install of internal doors completed in Outwell.

Fitting 3x glazed Victorian natural pine doors with black hinges and black fleur de lys iron mongery and a brass bales catch added aswell, this really ties in with the farmhouse style they have going through the house.

The customers were very pleased with the outcome, as the previous doors were hung incorrectly with large gaps around the door and really were in need of a change, I think they look great!!!

Another job completed ✔️

Here we have another kitchen install fully finished earlier this month in Upwell near Wisbech,

This job consisted of a full in house design, where we fully designed this using a 3D app to allow the customers to fully make it how they want it, we then got all the finishing touches done, and started!! With a full strip out completed we discovered the two external walls were battoned out and the customer requested to have both walls fully insulated and re boarded, with one wall having 18mm osb added this gave fixing all the units a lot more support and rigidity.

We fully fitted the new kitchen, new plumbing and new electrics with new socket fronts to the customers choice, we think it looks great the customers are over the moon with the transformation to really brighten up the heart of the home,

With next week we have more doors and another kitchen install coming our work is cut out 👍

Another job completed ✔️

Here we have another job completed earlier this week in Wisbech in a school,

2 new fire doors fitted, fully up to regulations , including new above head door closers, 3x fire rated 4” with pad hinges, fire rated iron mongery, intumescent strips routed and fitted flush in the door, correct signage on both sides of the door and the correct 3mm gaps fully around the door, another fine example of a fire door fit out,
