A small area at the rear of our client's property transformed into a beautiful new porcelain patio and seating area.
There were a few challenges along the way:
High water table
Existing sleeper walls installed by the developers that were far from level
Despite these obstacles, we created a stunning porcelain seating area, complete with stepping stones leading from the existing lawn.
The porcelain supplied by Stone Traders UK Ltd. looks fantastic and has really finished the space off perfectly.

Another Full Garden Transformation Completed

We’ve recently completed this fantastic rear garden renovation for our clients, completely transforming the space into a practical and attractive outdoor area.

This project included:
Carefully removing the boundary hedge without damaging the neighbour's concrete pathway
Breaking out and removing all existing concrete, old patios, and redundant concrete bases
Installing a brand-new 5-foot fence line
Laying new patios at the house and down the side of the property
Creating a beautiful curved pathway with decorative setts on either side
Constructing a dedicated bedding area to the right-hand side
Preparing and laying a fresh new lawn to the left-hand side
Installing a new rear patio with a concrete base ready for the client's new shed
Fitting a new rear fence and gate
Re-dressing the shared entrance area to ensure all neighbours were left happy with the finished result

Front & Rear Garden Transformation Complete!
Another happy customer and another fantastic project completed!

At the front, we removed an old brick wall that had definitely seen better days and replaced it with a smart 4 foot fence, giving the driveway a much cleaner and more modern appearance.

At the rear, we completely transformed the garden by installing:

A stunning porcelain patio
Porcelain setts edging for a premium finish
A pathway leading to the garden room
Pet-friendly artificial grass
Zeo added to the grano base to help reduce unwanted pet odours
A new washing line installed for the client

The result is a beautiful, low-maintenance garden that the whole family can enjoy all year round.

Another Garden Transformation Completed
This client wanted a complete garden overhaul, including a new patio, pathway to the rear of the garden, a small seating area, and a sleeper bed for planting.
We installed a beautiful Indian sandstone patio outside the house, complete with a drainage system connected to a soakaway located approximately 5 metres from the property. ACO drains were also installed at the edge of the patio to effectively manage surface water and keep the area dry all year round.
The patio was finished with 100mm x 200mm block setts, which were also used to border the pathway running up the right-hand side of the garden. Along the pathway, we installed a recessed drain cover to ensure a neat and professional finish.
At the top of the garden, we created a small patio area, perfect for a table and chairs, providing a lovely space to sit and enjoy the garden.
The project was completed with a freshly laid lawn and decorative stone edging to give the garden a clean, tidy, and attractive appearance.
Needless to say, we have another very happy client!

JM Construction | New Project Underway

Here's the latest construction project from the JM Construction team.

We're carrying out a garage conversion, creating a new laundry room while retaining a front garage. The existing structure is being demolished, and we're currently checking all footings ahead of the structural engineer's site visit. Once we receive the engineer's calculations and drawings, we'll complete any necessary foundation works for the new garage, which will remain on the existing footprint.
Inside, we'll be carrying out the second-fix works to seamlessly integrate the new space as an extension of the house, creating a practical and high-quality living area for the client.

Watch this space for progress updates as the project develops.

We've got some fantastic projects lined up for 2026, ranging from simple structural alterations such as filling in windows and making good, right through to a £500,000 three-storey extension with top quality 2nd fix, thought the project.

Another great project completed by the landscaping team!
This was a lovely little transformation that included:
A new path leading to the garden room
A fresh new lawn with the entire area levelled and prepared before laying premium turf

Garage Conversion & Complete Renovation Transformation
What started as a very old, dilapidated building has been completely transformed into a stunning new room for our client.

Complete Garage Conversion & Exterior Transformation
This was a full renovation project from the ground up. We removed the existing roof and started again, installing a brand-new EPDM rubber roof along with new soffits and fascias. All electrics were completely renewed, including new sockets, spotlights, and electrical points throughout.

We also fitted brand-new doors and windows, fully refurbished the interior, plastered all walls and ceilings, raised the floor, and installed new flooring. To finish the project, the entire room was professionally decorated, leaving it ready for the client to enjoy.

On the exterior, we applied a high-quality silicone render to give the building a clean, modern finish. The client was so impressed with the transformation that they asked us to silicone render the lower half of their house as well. As you can see from the photos, the finished result really makes both the house and garage stand out, creating a fresh, contemporary look.

The transformation is incredible, and needless to say, we have another very happy client who is already out furniture shopping for their beautiful new space! 😊

Another Stunning Transformation Completed Today!
We recently completed this large driveway project, installing beautiful block paving with a contrasting dark border to create a clean, modern finish.

As part of the project, we also removed the existing rear wall, carried out new blockwork, and finished it with a smooth silicone render. To complete the boundary improvements, we installed a new fence alongside the neighbouring property.

The result is a fantastic transformation that has significantly improved both the practicality and kerb appeal of the home.
