The customers wanted to transform their disused built-in bedroom cupboard into a practical wardrobe space and give it the TLC it deserved.

They got in touch, the area was also prone to cold spots and mould patches, so we stripped out the timbers, installed 27mm thermal plasterboard for added insulation, primed the ceiling and completed a full skim.
The result, a warmer, fresher, usable space and a happy customer 🤝🏻

Due to a blocked gutter, rain water was saturating the external wall at this property and penetrating through to the internal plaster of the bedroom. The roofers got that problem sorted then the inside was ready to repair 👍🏻

The damp affected wall hacked off full height, rendered with a waterproof & salt inhibitor additive, skimmed smooth the next day and also re-skimmed the heavily cracked window wall. Another happy customer 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

The customer extended his conservatory and done a decent job installing the plasterboard for a bricklayer. He didn't fancy doing the plastering😅 and got in touch. Joints scrimmed, corners beaded, bonded where required and then skim feathered to existing ceiling & walls.

Happy customer and more room for the family dogs 🤝🏻
