This was a wetroom that was looking a bit tired with its best days behind us.

The client asked us to create a utility room along with a downstairs W.C. His instructions were clear - "Give me a usable space that looks nice" and has affectionately named this room "The Pootility"

Complete rip out and reroute pipe work, plastering work completed by James Duce at JD Plastering. Kitchen units installed, bowl and a half sink with spray tap, washing machine and new toilet.

Kitchen and utility splash back tiled using ceramic tile laid in a herringbone pattern.

Finished with brushed steel trim and (a first for me) blue grout, despite my concerns I think it turned out great.

Full bathroom refurbishment completed in Wolverhampton. Complete rip out, pipe work adjusted. Plastering work carried out by James Duce @ J D Plasterers.

Walls tiled with 600x300 porcelain finished with silver grey grout. Floor tiled with wood effect porcelain planks finished with mid grey grout.

New suite fitted with mixer shower and chrome towel rail. New door fitted opening the opposite way to previous allowing a lot more space when entering. Tiled bath panel with service hatch.

All bathroom furniture and tiles supplied by the team at Titan Tiles & Bathrooms Bilston.
