Hi all,
We are now fast approaching the first car boot of 2026 on Sunday the 5th and Monday 6th of April (Easter Bank Holiday weekend) weather permitting as always!
Our apologies for the delayed start but we are certain you understand the reasons for this.
All going well, the roundabout will be completed for our opening weekend and the entrance to our car boot site will be just further up from the original entrance.
Gates open at 7am for both buyers and sellers but please note, there will be continued/on-going construction works and associated machinery in the area which is beyond our control.
Therefore, it is essential that everyone drives safely, carefully and with full awareness of their surroundings.
Please pay full attention to the new road systems and signs, they are there for the safety of us all.
Please follow the directions of our staff - they know what they are doing and are there to ensure efficiency and safety.
We will not tolerate any unwanted behaviour to anyone.
That said, we are very much looking forward to welcoming you all on site in our usual friendly and welcoming manner - please help us to help you.
Once arrived on site, there is no change for buyers and sellers. You will be parked in the same areas as last year and, as ever, we will respond to and resolve any matters that arise for the safety and smooth running of the car boot.
Please be patient, understanding and tolerant; we ask that you bear with us as we all continue to adjust to the new road systems facing us.
We look forward to catching up with you all, October 2025 seems a very long long time ago!
