built a kitchen extension and garage for me in 2008. I can’t claim to know anything
about building work but it was obvious to me that Steve takes a pride in his
work and pays particular attention to even small details. He is very approachable, listens to all queries
etc and is happy to discuss any changes to the original plans. All the extra work
I had done was discussed at the time so there was no big shock when it came
to cost. Steve also went out of his way to ensure that I could still live in the
house without too much hassle whilst the building work was undertaken. I intend to have some paving done in the near future and wouldn’t dream

We employed RSW Builders last year to complete a single and double storey
extension to our home. Whilst we did have to wait some time for Steve to be
able to undertake the job, we are more than satisfied with the work and believe
that it was worth the wait. We have always found Steve and his team to be
polite and approachable. They have consulted us throughout the project, kept
us informed of timescales, and provided us with some excellent suggestions
which have really improved the finished job. We lived on site throughout the
four months the building took. It was, understandably, fairly 'basic' at points
but the site was always kept tidy and, given the occasional 'help' they received
from a 3 year old, they were great at keeping tools out of her way and not
teaching her any new and interesting words! Steve ensured that our home
and our neighbours were considered as much as possible during the unavoidable
disruption. In addition to the planned building work, we have employed Steve to
re plaster some existing walls; fit the new kitchen and lay a block paved driveway. We intend to employ him again to complete further plastering work in future. All the work undertaken has been greatly admired and we are extremely satisfied
both with the standard of work and with our choice of builder. It has helped tremendously to have a builder we felt comfortable with and could
place our trust in and we would have no hesitation in recommending

When we decided to have an extension to the house we wanted an extra bedroom
above the garage with en suite. We employed RSW Builders to carry out the work,
the project required an architect to design the drawings suitable for our needs. We were very pleased with the quality and standard of work which Steven and

We have recently had a garage built by Steve and his team and are pleased to
say we were very happy with his quality and standard of work. The matching of
the brickwork was perfect, even though the existing house bricks were no longer
made. Also we were very impressed with his care and tidiness around the site and
keeping the disruption to a minimum. At the same time we had a large bedroom in the house divided to make two
individual bedrooms. This entailed building a stud wall, - joinery /plastering/ coving

They always demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, from the first
time they arrived to measure up for the estimate, to the moment they left, having

aspect of the build was explained and updates on progress given. Each job they
undertake is given exclusive attention until completion. Staged payments were agreed in advance and any extra costs incurred, when we

Steve Williams undertook a project on our house to convert a single storey
extension to a two storey extension with en-suite bathroom. He came
recommended to us by some friends who had also used Steve for a house
extension. Through the bid phase of the work, Steve made a very well considered quote
and was very tolerant to dealing with matters of clarification. During the delivery
phase of the work Steve went about his work in a very thorough and quality
