Nice little landscaping job on a new build for a great customer

This weeks task, take down the existing two storey extension on this riverside family house. The extension was carried out by the previous owners and was clearly suffering signs of subsidence. Upon further investigation the footings were simply not correct for the type of ground material in this area. So it’s out with the old so we can get building the new much larger and improved extension the new owners have planned.

We have some exciting projects coming up over the next 12 months. One that we are very excited to be starting is this renovation …. Turning a much loved dormer bungalow into a fabulous 5 bedroom family home. With conservation restrictions and flood zones to take into consideration, it’s going to be an intricate design with lots of planning involved and pre site meetings. The foundations are intricate to ensure the end structure is sound for the lifetime of the build, this is no ordinary extension.
