I do things differently.

Every single garden I work on here in Worcester plants a real tree on the other side of the world. Places like Kenya, Uganda, Madagascar and Guatemala — where forests are disappearing and communities genuinely need them.

This week I was called out to prune a mature apple tree in Worcestershire. Overgrown branches, needed proper care to stay healthy for years to come. Satisfying job from start to finish.

But here’s the part most people don’t know about.

The moment that job was complete, a tree got planted somewhere that needed it far more than a tidy Worcestershire garden.
