We recently created this bathroom after completely reconfiguring the original space which was once two separate rooms. One room with a bath, toilet and sink, the other, a large room with just a shower. We built a stud wall to make two separate rooms to create a large family bathroom with a large shower and built in wall shelf, freestanding bath, converted a free standing French chest of drawers to house the sink and floating taps on the wall, plumbed in a traditional column rad and laid the wooden floor.

There is now a separate entrance to the other room from the master bedroom which now leads to a walk in wardrobe and en-suite (still in progress).

We love a challenge here!

This week Luke was called out to a dog grooming business. 🐕 🐕 🐩

The canine hydro bath was unusable as a sponge had slipped down into one of the pumps, meaning that the customer had to cancel a number of her customers with no idea when it would be up and running again. The canine hydro bath manufacturer told the customer they’d likely need a new pump which would cost several hundred pounds.

Luke took a couple of hours stripping the unit down, freeing the sponge and got the canine hydro bath up and running again.

As a result, one very happy customer who was able to open back up for business again 🙌🏼 🐶.

⭐️ T R A N S F O R M A T I O N ⭐️

This property was originally a one-bed semi-detached coach house. It is now a much larger two-bed.

The kitchen was originally joined on to the lounge upstairs, which has been blocked off to create a substantial single second bedroom and a new entrance with door on the landing. Completed with a brand new spacious downstairs fitted kitchen/dining area that used to be a garage.

This new layout has completely transformed this property.

We carried out this full transformation, from design, right through to kitchen installation and decorating.

This lovely customer came to me with a bit of a problem 🤔.

They had a small shower which they wanted to be extended, but existing tiles were coming away from the wall as they had been fitted incorrectly. We couldn’t source any matching tiles, so decided to make a feature of the shower 🚿 with some new tiles 🙌🏼.

I removed the old, loose tiles, and made a feature of the new larger shower area with new tiles.

Looks great doesn’t it!

What a transformation 🙌🏼. I completely reconfigured this bathroom. The bath used to be under the window, and I also moved and re-plumbed the toilet and basin.

This has made this family bathroom flow much better a free up useful floorspace.
