A busy start to the year and finally getting a chance to share this hotel project from January at The Royal Oak Hotel, Borrowdale.

Two old rooms transformed by The Lake District Joinery into four new guest rooms, each with added en-suites, all ready to be decorated and finished with a fresh, modern look by ourselves ✨

Really pleased with how this one turned out. Now fully furnished and ready to be enjoyed by hotel guests

Enjoyed Decorating this one last week 🏡 Freshly painted and wallpapered bedroom and a carpet down just in time for a little baby girl coming into the world In just a few weeks time!

We also added some personality to both the Bedroom & Living room with bold feature walls, using Valspar paint supplied by the customer which left a great finish.

Thats a dogs toy on the living room floor by the way 🫠

🏡 Exterior Refresh Completed!

Wrapped up this exterior job a couple of weeks back ✨️📸

🔹 Walls cleaned and prepped
🔹 Old flaking paint removed from window cills
🔹 Cills sanded, primed & finished with 2 coats of GoodHome Anthracite Masonry Paint (supplied by customer)
🔹 1 coat of Primer & Undercoat applied to walls & finished off with 2 coats of Sandtex Brilliant White
🔹 Brickwork primed & painted to match window/door surrounds – giving the home a cleaner more modern finish

This Modern 4 Bedroom Barn Conversion was a pleasure to work on last week on the outskirts of Kendal 🏠 Full interior decorated top to bottom 📸.

The Customer went for Crown Trade colours for the walls, 'Light Fern' throughout with 'Steam Engine' Green for the Feature walls which looked great together, 'Sodalite Blue' in the downstairs WC which was complimented by the wallpaper brilliantly 👌
Dulux Heritage 'True White' for the ceilings.
