New build recently completed in Greysouthern. Looks immaculate, builder has a great eye for detail and dedicated to getting things 100%. Dont think its sold so anyone in the market for a new house have a look out for it. It will be money well spent..

WELCOME BACK....
Hi everyone sorry it's been 6 month since I last posted anything. With the whole lockdown thing and trying to get back running it's been a bit stressful and this has taken a back seat.
Anyway have a look at this recently rendered house and garage on a new development in lamplugh for Swift Homes. K-Rend roughcast in white looks good against the slate walls.
I will be posting some more later this week and more regular going forward.

Seems to be a bit of a grey area around wether people who work in construction and house building should be at work or not.

Just started this job for J,J, Lattimer in the old Steve's paints unit. Bit of metal partitioning. Boarding and skim to follow after first fix. Huge space and a great fitness facility coming for the area..
