🏡 HOUSE CLEARANCE OPEN TODAY 🏡

We're back at the property today from 10am–4pm and there are still plenty of items looking for new homes.

Everything is available on a first come, first served basis.

Please note: this is a 1st floor flat, so you will need to remove and transport any items yourself.

💚 FREE Furniture & Household Items – Broadwater 💚

As part of a recent house clearance, we'd love to see as many items as possible go to good homes rather than landfill.

Due to time constraints, we're offering a number of furniture pieces FREE OF CHARGE for collection from Broadwater between Thursday 18th – Saturday 20th.

✨ Most furniture items have dimensions written on the photos.
⚠️ Please note the property is a first-floor flat, so collectors will need to bring help and remove items themselves.

Items will be offered on a first come, first served basis.
