Our team were undergoing a routine EICR on behalf of one of our rental agency’s 📝

Upon testing we discovered the ZE reading to be a staggering 3.30Ω this TNC-S systems permissible ZE is 0.35Ω that’s a massive 842.86% higher than the maximum allowance ⚠️

During the EICR there were various C1 & C2 issues within the property our client requested a quotation and accepted to start work immediately the remedial were completed & our team handled all the arrangements for the external SP energy team to excavate the footpath to replace the mains incoming cable to the property, New meter/fuse/isolator had been provided and fitted by the SP energy team, Now this stunning property has a 5 year certificate and is available for rent ✅
