The wisteria at home is looking splendid this year and the scent ! I don't prune it properly i just run a hedge trimmer over it twice a year 😆. It doesn't seem to mind!

A nice little planting job in wrington today. I'll set the brick edge in properly next time i was just playing around with ideas. 🪴 🪏 . Ive just let one of my customers go so have a couple of hours a week free if you need help .

I underestimate how much not being able to do simple pleasures impacts my mental health over the winter. Life is good again. I found the longest fattest worm 🪱, fed it to the chickens, was given this huge bowl of eggs 🥚 and had spinach and cheese omelette 🍳 for lunch .worm to chicken to egg to lunch 🥗 🥰

Such a pretty garden to work on in Congresbury today plus coffee machine coffee and homemade flapjack ( especially for me as they're my favourite 🥹🥰) . This customer is setting the bar high , other customers please follow suit 😉🤭

This is one of the reason I will not only never use ANY type of chemical in my garden or garden I work in. Not only will I not use chemicals but I won't work in garden where a customer uses chemicals of any kind at all. Your lettuces being demolished by snails 🐌 means the snails get to eat , it's not the end of the world . Cabbages decimated by white cabbage butterfly ? So what . I have a long list of organic remedies which are excellent and work in symphony with nature. If you think using w**d killer only on your drive is ok you're wrong. The poison gets into the food chain and causes so much horrendous damage and death . This video is a hard watch and I'm glad because it's educational ( spoiler alert- Archie makes a full recovery ❤️‍🩹 😌🥰) 🌱 🌱 🌍 🐜 🐛 🐞 🦋 🐌 🐦

I bought this vegan book for 95p yesterday at the charity shop and was pouring over it last night. The cauliflower and potato 🥔 curry is absolutely delicious with a whole tin of coconut 🥥 milk and passata 🍅 which looked like a work of art when swirled together.
The potatoes, courgette , tomatoes 🍅 ( in place of tinned) and spinach were home grown only the garlic and cauliflower were shop bought. Add the cost of coconut milk, passata works out at £5.70 for 6 big portions , 95p per portion.
I also made a lentil bolognaise but that wasn't home grown veggies and not as swirly!
I won't have to cook at all now during the heat . Mum's happy too as has 3 dinners in her fridge
