CAAM Home Maintenance Services Repairs, maintenance and renovation service from changing a leaking tap, wall papering & painting, to kitchens, bathrooms and full renovations.

Based in Wythall (with local travel around the Midlands area) I have been up and running for a while with an increasing customer base, which is fantastic. I have Public Liability Insurance as well as full 'DBS' security vetting should anyone I am working for wish to have that little more piece of mind. I'm a bit of a 'Jack of all Trades' as I offer, gardening, painting and decorating, plastering,

minor electrical work, plumbing, bathrooms, and any other general work that may be required no matter how small.

Hmmm... so I was asked to try and identify why the basement to this building was getting so damp, loads of mould and wet floor.

After some investigation, I found the problem!!

I will be back at some point to sort out the mess in the basement...
