September already & it's the best time of year to start planting new shrubs & hardy perennials while the soil is warm & they will get plenty of moisture to settle in before next summer.

My stall will be closing for the season at the end of September so please do come & see if there is anything that takes your fancy before then. I've got a tray of colourful cyclamen in stock if you are looking for some autumn colour 🙂

First figs of the season from my large green fig tree with plenty more to come. If you fancy having a fig tree in your garden, I have 2 young plants for sale at just £8 each (2L pots). This variety can get to around 3m tall so will need a bit of space. They produce lovely sweet jammy figs in late summer.
