Little job completed this week for a customer . This is an over skim over artex ceilings .

All ceilings had 2/3 coats of SBR . And then followed by 2 nice coats of multi skim . And a lovely trowel finish ..

Good morning all . Here is another project we have been on and started just after the new year . We have been super busy lately so finding the time hard to keep everyone posted with jobs . .

But here we have this timber second floor we have removed and lowered it down by around 7ā€ . This is to create more head room on the second floor which is going to create a new air B and B for the customer .

If you have any form of building work please do t hesitate to get in touch we cover every thing from the ground works to the tip of the chimney inside and out side .

Good evening all sorry been quiet on here Iā€™ve been really busy with work . Here is one that got done just before Christmas . Block work - brick work - stone work . Also fitting steal RSJā€™s ready for roof to go on and knock through into existing kitchen .

Just a little update on this kitchen floor that was completely rotten .. fully stripped back tested every other day till the joists had dried out and then fitted with new insulation and then new floor boards . And then had to put some 5.5mm ply on to get the levels correct into house .. customer was over the moon with it .. job was completed a couple of weeks ago but been that busy havenā€™t had time to upload any thing ..

Another happy customer with a new kitchen floor fitted ..

Currently booking in jobs for march next year now as we are super busy ..

So I got a call to do this room turned out it was due a full re skim had to take the full ceiling down as it was completely gone walls had cracks and holes in them after pulling wall paper off . Was a very dusty and mucky job . But the end result speaks for itself.. stripped ceiling and border and insulated and re skimmed the full room . Another job ticked off .

Customer got in touch with me saying he had been let down by a builder to come and brick up and block up his garage for him . And that heā€™d taken time off work to get the inside done .

So I had a dead line to get it done by which I did it in time for him I even had time to put the lintels in and help him cut out for the internal door ..
