სასტუმროს ტიპის საცხოვრებელი სახლი ქობულეთში მდებარეობს. საპროექტო ტერიტორიას გრძელი მართკუთხა ფორმა, რომელიც ზღვის ზოლს პარალელურად ვითარდება, ამიტომაც მან თავიდანვე განსაზღვრა შენობის გეომეტრია,მაგრამ არქიტექტურული ფორმა მხოლოდ კონტექსტის პასუხი კი არაა — ის იდეის მატარებელია. კონცეფციის განვითარება ემსახურებოდა შემდეგი საკითხების გადაჭრას: როგორ უნდა იქცეს საცხოვრისი შთაგონების სივრცედ? როგორ უნდა გაერთიანდეს კომფორტი, ბუნება და ისტორია ერთ არქიტექტურულ ნარატივში? ამ კითხვებზე პასუხი კი გვამოძრავებს წარსულისკენ — ქობულეთის ფიჭვნარის ტერიტორია, რომელსაც ჯერ კიდევ ჩვენი წელთაღრიცხვის დასაწყისშიც მძლავრი კოლხური ცივილიზაცია ფარავდა, გახდა მთავარი ისტორიული შთაგონება. არქეოლოგიური გათხრების შედეგად აღმოჩენილმა კოლხურმა არტეფაქტებმა — მათ შორის დოქებზე აღმოჩენილმა სიმბოლიკამ — წარმოშვა დიზაინის ძირითადი თემა: ინტერიერში გამოყენებული პანოები თანამედროვე ენით კითხულობს ამ წარსულს და ქმნის კავშირებს იმ ადამიანთან, ვინც აქ ცხოვრობს. ფასადის ძირითად გადაწყვეტას განსაზღვრავს ალუმინის ფარდა-ჟალუზი, რომელიც ამავდროულად ასრულებს როგორც ფუნქციურ, ისე ესთეტიკურ როლს. ის იცავს შენობას კლიმატური ზემოქმედებისგან და ქმნის მის სახეს, კომპოზიტური პანელები კი უზრუნველყოფს ფასადის ხანგრძლივ მდგრადობას და ვიზუალური იერის მუდმივობას. ფერთა პალიტრა დაყვანილია ორ ძირითად ტონზე — ღია და მუქზე. მუქი ტონები არქიტექტურულ კონტურებს გამოკვეთს, ხოლო ღია ცისფერი ფარდა-ჟალუზი ქმნის ილუზიას, თითქოს შენობის ზედა ნაწილი ცაში გაუჩინარდეს.

The hotel-type residential building is located in Kobuleti. The project area has a long rectangular shape, which develops parallel to the seashore, which is why he defined the geometry of the building from the very beginning, but the architectural form is not just a response to the context — it is a carrier of an idea. The development of the concept served to solve the following issues: How should housing become a space of inspiration? How should comfort, nature and history be combined in one architectural narrative? The answer to these questions moves us to the past — the pine forest area of Kobuleti, which was covered by the powerful Colchian civilization even at the beginning of our era, became the main historical inspiration. Colchian artifacts discovered during archaeological excavations — including the symbolism found on the docks — gave rise to the main design theme: the panels used in the interior read this past in a modern language and create connections with the people who live here. The main solution for the facade is determined by the aluminum curtain-blinds, which simultaneously play both a functional and aesthetic role. They protect the building from climatic influences and create its appearance, while the composite panels ensure the long-term durability of the facade and the constancy of the visual appearance. The color palette is reduced to two main tones — light and dark. Dark tones highlight the architectural contours, while the light blue curtain-blinds create the illusion that the upper part of the building disappears into the sky.
