We are running a "Get Ready For Summer" special on decks. Average labor cost to build a deck is $35 a square ft. As you can see below. We will build and provide materials for that price. This special event will go until the end of March when it will go back to $42 sq ft for materials and labor. You're basically getting the materials for free. Here is before and after of a 8’x72’ deck that we just completed for a lady. Her and her late husband built the one we replaced many moons ago. We extended the new one 3 more feet and made the steps to where they were easier to get up and down. We pitcher framed every 12’ so there wouldn’t be staggered joints. It took myself and Sam Wade 10 days to complete.

With all the wet weather lately we need to move operations in doors. We will be running specials on tile,sheetrock repairs,painting and popcorn celling removal.
