A leading solar power company in Accra is looking for a CONSTRUCTION & OPERATIONS MANAGER.

JOB SUMMARY

The chosen candidate will lead the electrical and operations team to ensure the organisation deploys effective cost solutions to the business in line with growth expectations whilst maintaining profitability.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations maintain ace and support of the entire infrastructure.
Institute a training schedule for skills improvement and transfer.
Responsible for the management and performance of the Electrical and Operations team.
Oversee and prepare designs and work plans, from conceptual design through detailed design packages.
Review specifications and recommend engineering or manufacturing changes to achieve solar design objectives.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

BE/B Tech: Electrical /Electronic Engineering
Minimum of 10 Years working in field of Design and Development of Electrical & Electronics Equipment
Must have the CEWP certificate (Certified Electrical Wiring Professional) from the Energy Commission Ghana.
Working experience of Solar Solution Design
Operations and maintain ace of the infrastructure
Designing of electrical Control Panel System
Basic knowledge of PLC & Microcontroller based Systems
Back Up system designing based on Inverter Solution
Knowledge about various types of Batteries
