We’ve been working on a sustainable commercial building with shops in the Tarkwa township. Each of the 33 shops contains a storage area and washroom, & the building has great landscaping to keep the micro climate cool, water harvesting systems to save water,
a strategic orientation & large windows to reduce heat and allow maximum pe*******on of natural light to save energy, rooftop solar panels to supply electricity, & many other features to cut down energy usage and make it sustainable.
