This role involves supervising construction crews, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project schedules and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and direct the work of construction crews, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
-Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of their work.
-Monitor and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
-Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
-Maintain clear communication with project managers and clients.
-Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
-Ensure the site is well-maintained and organized.
-Order and manage materials and equipment as needed.
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent, with a background in construction or related field.
-Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety protocols, and relevant regulations.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
-Proficiency in reading and interpreting Building Drawing and Technical Drawings.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
