If you're like me, you have heard the many estimates of our housing deficit and how it's ever increasing. The cost of rents in Accra-Tema and Kumasi are getting through the roof. Well, who cares about the numbers, we need homes. But if the homes aren't coming, we should at least get the actual shortages right. It's essential for our engagements on addressing the deficit.
