“They said waterproofing doesn’t work.” 🤦🏾♂️
I beg to differ.
It works — when you stop fighting water with ONE product.
Think about it:
You won’t protect your house with just a padlock, right?
You add a fence + CCTV + maybe a dog. Layers!
Waterproofing a building is the SAME.
Water always wins if you give it a single line of defense. To beat it, you need 3 layers:
🐕 *Guard Dog = Crystalline* – Attacks water when it shows up
🚧 *Electric Fence = DPC/Barrier* – Blocks water physically
📹 *CCTV = Admix in concrete* – Watches 24/7, stops water before it starts
Most people paint over damp walls and call it “waterproofing”.
That’s like painting your gate and expecting thieves to stay away.
Waterproofing isn’t decoration. It’s protection.
Respect water like you respect a thief. Plan for it. Layer up.
No shortcuts oo. If you do it anyhow now, you’ll pay anyhow later. Water no dey do discount.
