ORANGE QUARTER Project: A Vision of Modern Multicultural Living in Florida The ORANGE QUARTER project is an ambitious, multi-purpose building complex designed to bring a unique, site-specific experience to Florida. With a focus on modern living and cultural integration, our approach pushed beyond traditional boundaries, transforming “living spaces” into dynamic environments that reflect the vibrant, multifaceted lifestyle of the American experience. Every aspect of the design—from the layout of communal courtyards to the architectural choices for residential and mixed-use areas—was informed by an in-depth study of local routines, preferences, and architectural standards.

Site-Specific Adaptation: We tailored our design to meet Florida’s specific environmental, social, and regulatory values, while also innovating with new building techniques and technologies to enhance sustainability and resilience.
Celebrating Multiculturalism: Recognizing the diversity of local society, ORANGE QUARTER incorporates a blend of international influences. The restaurants, cafes, local retail, and other communal spaces reflect a global palette of ideas, flavors, and aesthetics, celebrating cultural fusion in everyday interactions. Spaces Designed for Connection: The layout fosters social interaction through open gardens and shared dining, designed to bring people together in spaces that are visually and emotionally engaging.

Living by the sea is about embracing a lifestyle that brings you closer to natural beauty. It empowers the seamless integration of indoor and outdoor spaces allowing a connection with what already exists around us. Sunlight & wind become the artists that act daily on the materials and surfaces, bringing to life every single space of the house. Our design was driven by the necessity of re-discovering the design of a contemporary home. A home that is modern but also homey and enjoyable. A place to enjoy living in….

An ode to Mediterranean living, the proposal fosters the connection with the surrounding nature by layering natural geometries into scheme. The holistic atmosphere is reinforced by the infinite – prompt waterline which reflects the natural beauty of Marathon Courts. With a notion of a mysterious integration into the landscape, Restia villa reveals an organic architecture that engages stunning views.

Built around the interpretation of the most “beautiful woman” by the ancient Greek myth, our Restia private villa is transforming the female body & beauty into a continuous curved line – “μονοκονδυλιά” to the plot.
The design philosophy embraces land’s inherent forms & contours as the topographic elements simulate the feminine curve & the artificial human intervention. The intense gradation of stones, rocks & soil in combination with a sharp curved geometry of the cliff evokes the creation of “fjords” inherited by the design to provide an encaved experience of privacy & serenity
A continuous playful yet bold line, like a “veil” highlights the topography while filters light & materiality.

Embracing straight normality outlined by organic elements our Pleiades design proposal invites you to experience the perfect blend of Toscane’s vintage elegance and modern sophistication. The design echoes the aesthetic materiality of a bygone era creating a sense of “symmetry” in between the simplicity and the idyllic grandiosity that transcends time.

“Architecture is the learned game, correct and magnificent, of forms assembled in the light.” Le Corbusier

Inspired by the playful game of sifting geometries, our Nūtus design proposal explores innovative techniques to bend & curve the traditional linear facade forms.
The architectural composition consists of simple rectangular planes with a slight movement that allows it to deviate from the classical form of an apartment building.
All elements of the project are harmoniously combined with each other in muted colours of warm shades, navigating natural light in a game of light and shade.

Presenting the Maroti Kitchen, part of the Maroti Series. We follow the notion that design should be about progress and fun. No compromise and no tedium. It’s not about trying to be something or get somewhere, but is simply about enjoying creating and trying new things and establishing long term connections.

Open layout, high ceilings, visible ducts and pipes and brick accent walls become the canvas of our new LX car showroom project.
The overall design concept embodied the belief that vehicles should be part of a wider way of living that embraces simplicity, quality and timeless style. The materials and styles enjoyed in a handmade automotive are celebrated throughout space. The idea is to create a natural flow between the vehicles and the wider lifestyle. Hard wearing, high quality materials replace the original vinyl and MDF. Stainless and galvanised metals are used alongside teak and walnut. Space becomes a vehicle to be used and enjoyed and that will age pleasingly over time.
