How to choose between the two seed sprouting methods?

Direct seeding doesn’t require transplanting 🌱. It’s suitable for outdoor soil crops that are hardy, or for growing microgreens in hydroponics 🪴. You do need to pay attention to thinning and management later.

Pre-germination means sprouting seeds first before planting 💧. This saves space and reduces waste. It’s perfect for hydroponics or slow-germinating crops like peppers and tomatoes.

"Today’s menu is Mexican breakfast sopas with 2 fried eggs, sautéed basil, Chinese spinach, onion, and tomato from LetPot. A crispy tortilla fried in olive oil, topped with homemade green sauce made from basil, salsa, sour cream, and garlic. Don’t forget your favorite drink and some fruit!
