最近一直在思考，健康與創作力之間的關係。 中醫的哲學講求陰陽平衡，音樂則能觸動心靈深處。當兩者相遇，會不會帶來另一種療癒的可能？

2 月 5 日晚上，我會主持一場小小的聚會【全方位養生講座】，和幾位朋友一起聊聊中醫、音樂與保健。 
我們會談《黃帝內經》的智慧，聆聽古琴的振動，分享食療的心得。希望這段時光能讓大家在繁忙生活中找到一點平衡。

🌟 Celebrating the Success of HKIA’s Annual Dinner & Awards 2025! 🌟

After months of dedicated planning with our Co-Chairs and fellow Organizing Committee members, I’m thrilled to share the success of the HKIA Annual Dinner cm Annual Awards Presentation Ceremony, held on October 31, 2025, at the luxurious Rosewood Hotel Hong Kong.

A heartfelt thank you to Julia, our HKIA President, and Joel, Chair of HKIA BIA, for their exceptional leadership and unwavering support throughout this journey. It was a joyful evening reconnecting with old friends and celebrating the achievements of our talented award winners.

I’m also deeply honored to have represented RIBA at this event. Thank you, HKIA, for the invitation. It was a pleasure to share RIBA’s vision with our community. Don’t forget to support our upcoming RIBA event, the RAFA Festival this December!

A huge shoutout to the HKIA - the Voice of Architects 1.0 gangs, your opera and live band performances were absolutely phenomenal. As the Music Chair, I’m truly deeply moved and incredibly proud of each of you.

With this year’s theme, Nostalgia Fantasia, the evening was filled with warmth, creativity, and a touch of whimsy, perfectly capturing the spirit of our vibrant architectural community.

Last but not least, congratulations to all the award recipients! Your dedication and passion continue to inspire us all. Here’s to another year of memories, creativity, and collaboration!

🥂ARCHIFY LIVE HONG KONG Event 🥂

What a fantastic and insightful evening at ARCHIFY LIVE HONG KONG this past Friday. It was a pleasure to attend and represent the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) at this premier gathering for our industry.

The theme, “Sustainable Digitalization,” could not be more relevant, and the discussions provided a wealth of practical knowledge.

A huge congratulations to Archify (formerly BCI Equinox) and Hubexo for organizing such a seamless event and to the AIA Hong Kong Chapter for their partnership. The panel on “Sustainable Practices Across Scale” was particularly enlightening. Hearing from Jonathan Horsfall (Kvadrat), Brice Wong (Nanfung Group), Christy Chow (Arup), and Vatsal Bhatt (USGBC), moderated by Ed Gaskin (Zaha Hadid Architects), offered a powerful multi-disciplinary perspective on integrating sustainability from product specification right through to community-wide ecosystems.

It was also incredibly inspiring to hear from the next generation in the Young Architects Session. The fresh perspectives from Nickson Chan, Jennifer Ge, Shaye Zhang (AIA Hong Kong), Joshua Lam, Owen Lam, and Louis Hung (Hong Kong Institute of Architects) were a powerful reminder of the passion and innovation driving the future of our profession.

Beyond the formal sessions, the networking was invaluable. Connecting with so many talented colleagues and friends in the beautiful Airside venue was a highlight.

Thank you again to the organizers and all the speakers for a truly stimulating event. Looking forward to continuing these vital conversations and putting these ideas into practice.

🎊🥂RIBA RAFA: Architecture Festival Asia 2025 Launch🎊🍾

What an incredible evening! I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the distinguished leaders, professionals and friends who joined us last night. Your presence made the official Hong Kong launch of the RAFA: Architecture Festival Asia 2025 a truly memorable and successful event.

This launch is just the beginning of what promises to be a phenomenal festival. We are so excited for the conversations started last night to continue and grow. RAFA: Architecture Festival Asia 2025 is scheduled to take place from December 16th to 18th, 2025, at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Centre.

A special thank you to the team for providing a wonderful venue and impeccable service. Looking forward to seeing you again at the RAFA event in December!

🎉 《建築好聲音1.0》圓滿落幕！🎉

作為香港建築師學會音樂組主席及《建築好聲音1.0》活動策劃人，我懷著無比激動的心情，向大家宣布《建築好聲音1.0》已圓滿結束！

這是我帶領香港建築師學會第一次舉辦如此大型而屬於建築師的音樂活動。活動由構思到開show用了大半年時間，過程有喜有憂，得來不易。活動能夠獲得如此熱烈的迴響，我感到非常榮幸和感激，多謝大家！

這次活動不僅讓大家看到了建築師們在專業領域之外的音樂才華，更讓我們看到了大家對音樂的熱愛和投入。參賽者的高水準演出、啦啦隊精心製作的應援燈牌，都讓我印象深刻。

特別感謝三位專業評審譚天玄老師，Nowhereboys 主音Mr. Van Chan及中年好聲音第二季歌手Mr. Bryant Kam的精彩點評和寶貴意見，以及所有出心出力的活動籌委會成員、HKIA BIA秘書處同事，為這次活動付出了無數心血。同時，也要鳴謝贊助商們的鼎力支持，感謝Sparkmen 贊助場地、保多康Healthbank 贊助所有觀眾及得獎者禮物、Contex 贊助影視、Frog-is 贊助音響設備及為當天控制音響和 BeTrue 提供音響意見，以及所有線上收看直播的朋友們、在場觀看的家人們，有你們的支持，這次活動才能如此成功。

最令人難忘的是，譚老師專程即日來回從廣州過來做評判，有建築師歌手演唱了自己的原創歌曲，有些全家出動，讓我們在聆聽音樂的同時，彷彿看到了無數閃耀的音樂新星！

期待未來能與大家再次相聚，一同分享音樂的喜悅！
