The renovation of the youth centre at 1/F & 4/F showcases a simple yet trendy design that captivates the imagination of its visitors, setting the benchmark for the remaining parts of the facility.

At the youthful and vibrant 1st floor, every corner has been thoughtfully planned with meticulous detail, ensuring a seamless flow and functionality that encourages youth to come together and enjoy interactive experiences.

Moving up to the 4th floor, the bare-shell approach design provides a versatile canvas for endless possibilities of ad hoc decoration. Vibrant murals, interactive installations, small concerts, and dynamic displays can be effortlessly incorporated, allowing the space to adapt to the ever-evolving interests and needs of its young patrons. This flexibility creates an environment brimming with vibrant energy and boundless creativity.

Warehouse featuring robotic assist system. The space is ready now for robot system setup.

The design incorporates a linear zig-zag lighting feature, a dark grey ceiling above the lighting level, and light grey walls to create a futuristic feel. The zig-zag lighting adds a modern and dynamic touch to the space while the dark ceiling contrasts with the light walls to create an illusion of a higher ceiling. The combination of cold white and blue lighting creates a cool and futuristic atmosphere. The parallelogram window adds an interesting shape to the room, while the decorative light along the window and wall creates a cohesive and futuristic design. This theme creates a sleek and modern space that is perfect for those who value a cutting-edge look.
