公平競爭真的很難嗎？

在上週收到一個不是很好的消息。

公司數月前曾有幸投標供需衛浴產品于香港某地產商與市建局合作發展的住宅項目。但上週收到非正式通知，我公司產品未能成功中標。這本來不是一件大事，因我公司並非第一次落選，而所知的中標公司亦是所知的主要競爭對手之一。

但有一事令本人不吐不快，在過去的項目中此投標者將項目所指定物料更改為較低級別物料而在投標價格上有優勢而中標。估計此項目中標公司亦是用同一手法得以中標。請問這還算是公平競爭嗎？會是發展商為節省成本而「隻眼開、隻眼閉」嗎？

當然，個人始終覺得發展商不會為節省微不足道的成本而犧牲建屋質量！所以，估計是投標者為想中標而瞞騙發展商個別行為。
雖然面對各種營商難，在此，我公司承諾日後投標一如既往，只會提供符合項目要求及標準產品。

希望由2025年開始，香港能有較公平競爭環境，亦希望同業友好能良性競爭，並非以偷工減料方法低價贏得工程項目。
