Timber house is one of my favorite residential project as the developer do will to pay more budget for this little scale of “炒樓job”

The natural greenery landscape area behind the site bring the green space from the ground floor to the roof garden via all different landscaped lift lobbies which allow residents to enjoy when waiting the lifts at every lobbies.

The idea of the podium is stacking book of knowledge as Waterloo road is full of well educational school. Thus, the target customers are young family with kids so that the main function of podium are children outdoor playground and playrooms.
