JJA / Bespoke Architecture (JJ/ABA) was founded in 2016 by Creative Director, James JJ Acuna. A graduate of Cornell and Columbia University Architecture programmes, for more than a decade Acuna has worked on a wide range of lifestyle and workplace projects in Hong Kong, China, and the Asian region at large for a roster of select blue chip clients, such as Swire, Sun Hung Kai, and Hong Kong Land un

der well established Hong Kong-based Architecture firms, RLPHK, Woods Bagot, and LWK. Additionally for the past five years, Acuna has also founded and runs a social media platform, titled Wanderlister.com, aimed at reporting on various design trends in travel, architecture, art, and interior design for the region. With the establishment of his Hong Kong and Manila based studio, Acuna's aim is to help formulate bespoke design solutions for lifestyle-oriented clients via his lens and insight as not only a skilled designer, but as a thought leader on current global trends in relation to design, service, and operation. Within the year, the studio has already achieved a "Silver Award" Delegation with the Hong Kong Design Awards for his work on the Elephant Grounds Restaurant on Star Street in collaboration with Kevin Poon. JJA/BA has also had a distinguished opportunity designing restaurants for two of "Asia's Best Female Chefs", Chef May Chow of Little Bao located in Bangkok’s Thonglor Area and Chef Vicky Lau of TATE Dining Room located in Hong Kong’s SOHO District.

We envision the Parklinks Experience Center as a Conservatory, an epicentre of community that celebrates the values we hold dear: culture, greenery, family, and
beauty representing the intersection of nature, architecture, interiors, and aesthetics. Now soft opened.

News Worthy - Meet IDr. Cindy Choi ( )

Cindy enters the studio with a fresh perspective, shaped by her training at SoFA Design Institute where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Early in her career, she is drawn to the kind of work that allows ideas to evolve naturally, guided by both structure and intuition.

Her approach to design is grounded in balance. She believes the most meaningful spaces come from a quiet alignment between the client’s vision and the designer’s creative instinct, resulting in environments that feel personal and resolved.

Cindy continues to build her path through thoughtful exploration, with a focus on creating spaces that people can genuinely connect with.

News Worthy - Meet IDr.Jon Cachola ()

Jon’s interest in design started with simple curiosity during his time at the University of Santo Tomas, and grew from noticing how spaces affect the way people live and feel. His work today reflects that. It’s thoughtful, detail-driven, and focused on creating spaces that feel natural and easy to use.

In 2024, he topped the Interior Design Licensure Examination, marking a clear step forward in his career. He is now part of JJ Acuña / Bespoke Studio, where he works on projects from concept to completion, balancing ideas with practical solutions.

Naturally more quiet and observant, Jon prefers a collaborative process where ideas are carefully thought through and refined along the way.
