PHA's wrok 「Taizhou Olympic Plaza」has outstanding performance,Awarded - 5 Stars Best Retail Architecture Hong Kong.

Taizhou Olympic Plaza is situated on the main urban axis of Taizhou. The city in China boasts a rich culture and fine urban landscape. The plaza covers a total floor area of approximately 129,000 square meters.

The architectural design draws inspiration from the bonsai. Blocks are stacked and arranged to showcase the form of architecture, integrating Green Concept into the design. Layered setbacks on the main facade create open green spaces so that the entire building looks like hugging the city. This space extends to the core of the building, there is a transparent sunlit glass room. The pedestrian route around the distinctive glass room forms a vertical eco-park transportation system and serves as the project's urban showcase. It is a model of thecombination of three-dimensional commercial and ecology.

From March 23rd to 25th, the 19th China Commercial Real Estate Industry Development Forum was held in Guangzhou. As the premier event in the industry, known for its large scale, high level, and wide influence, the forum was themed "New Consumption, New Drivers, New Opportunities." It widely invited representatives from the entire industry chain, including commercial real estate, consumer sectors, investment banking, and consulting services. PHA was invited to attend, joining industry leaders to discuss the transformation and upgrading of traditional shopping mall and its differentiated innovation, exploring the pathways to high-quality development in the industry.

Hongkong Land's Yorkville - The Ring and SCPG-HUIDELONG Hangzhou Olympic InCity have been opened for over two years, and they are still very popular. The creative conditions of their public spaces directly influence how the malls can unleash their maximum creative potential, to maintain a lasting sense of freshness and appeal.

The 21th Anniversary Dinner of China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong and International Chapter (CRECCHKI) was held on 4 Dec 2023 at Hong Kong JW Marriott. The event celebrated an important milestone of the Chapter. The founder and Design Director of PHA, Dr. Xu, was invited to the party.

We can't wait to announce that our project Hongkong Land's Yorkville - The Ring has been successfully shortlisted for the Best Shopping Centre of MIPIM Awards 2022, becoming one of the 3 finalists in this category!

This year, the MIPIM Awards received 171 entries from 42 countries around the world, of which only less than one third of the projects were shortlisted for the finals. We are honored to be one of them and show you our creative design.
