First time using velvet spray, the effect is amazing. The only drawback is it is hard to buy in Hong Kong. Strawberry yogurt entremet with a tiny shortcake in the middle.

Panettone masterclass with 2025 panettone world champion Chef Giovanna Chen
Very honored to attend the panettone class with Chef Giovanna who is the student of Chef Rolando Morandin, the god father of Panettone. We learnt four panettones:
- classic Milano panettone (world champion recipe)
- chocolate panettone (world champion recipe)
- savory panettone
- classic pondoro
I inherited the blue blood Pastre Madre and feel so excited to start my own panettone!! The team mix is so interesting too that we had professional local bakery chefs, experienced home bakers. And we got to learn how to make pineapple buns and local milk tea!!!

Frozen Dessert Masterclass with World Champion Master Chef Otto Tay
This is the third time I attended the class with Chef Otto Tay. The class is so informative and innovative. Chef Otto Tay is indeed my favorite chef!! We learnt more than 11 desserts:
· Glacé Guacamole
· Glacé Tofu
· Glacé Coco Exotic
· Glacé Dacquoise Matcha
· Glacé Forest Noir
· Glacé Goma Puzzle
· Glacé Opera
· Glacé Strawberries Vacherin
· Glacé Tutti Basket
· Parfait Glacé Honey Dew
· Parfait Glacé Peachy
I especially like glacé tofu and guacamole. The team is so interesting too. I have been treated with home made glace garlic butter and taro. They are delicious!!!
第三次上世界冠軍廚師chef Otto Tay 的課程，今次係冷凍甜品，長左好多知識。我特別喜歡凍豆腐同牛油果醬。同學仔仲分享左蒜蓉牛油同芋頭雪糕，非常美味！
