Commissioned to design the latest headquarters for , their satisfaction with the design extends the project for a new research centre right next .

Located adjacent to the Yangxia Office Building in Fuqing, Fuzhou, the R&D centre integrates research and exhibition functions approaching the latest innovation. It serves as a showcase for the company's research capabilities and advanced technological. The architectural design draws inspiration from the three key glass components in an automobile, the windshield, side windows, and sunroof, implying a fusion of technology and aesthetics.

The R&D centre design focus on three aspects: exploring the future prospects of automotive glass, researching advanced technologies, and strictly controlling production quality and precision. The interior design incorporates with these functions, dividing the overall exhibition space into 3 areas: an introduction area for the R&D centre, a future product display area, and a product laboratory showcase, located in the entrance lobby, atrium, and laboratory zone respectively. The three exhibition areas are connected by the skylights that introduce natural lighting and ventilation, linking the spatial experiences of research, display, and interaction.

三良木為福耀設計全新的福清陽下辦公樓總部後得到業主的高度認可，促成了與總部辦公樓相鄰的新研究中心設計項目。我們有幸繼續承擔該項目的建築、室內及景觀設計工作。福耀全新行政辦公樓與科研樓工程全速順利進行中! 預計將於2025年同步竣工並測試啟用。

福耀玻璃科研樓集科研與展示功能於一體，承擔著福耀集團玻璃科研創新與成果展示的重要使命。建築設計靈感源自汽車中三大關鍵玻璃組件——擋風玻璃、側窗玻璃與天窗玻璃，寓意科技與美學的融合。

SDL is excited to announce our designed new Fuyao Auto Glass Administration office and Research / Technological Center at Yang Xia in Fu Qing, Fu Zhou will be completed soon. Since 2005 SDL successfully designed Fuyao Glass’s first full administration building and was listed in Top 500 in the Global Interior Design Collection. CEO of Fuyao Glass, Mr. Cao Dewang’s appreciation and full support to our previous projects drove our devotion to explore the corporate’s 3.0 version while keeping the previous merits. With area of 14,000m² the office centered on south side of satellite production plant facilities occupying total area of 460,000m². SDL formulates the design concept: “Our teams are united as one, we reach out future technology, bring the best to produce the top quality product” (上下同心，提步向上精品创。宏观广视，群策聚首定科材 ), and bring the simple building forms throughout the exteriors to the interiors.

三良木設計的全新福耀汽車玻璃行政辦公大樓暨科研樓，即將於福州福清陽下落成啟用。自2005年三良木成功打造福耀玻璃首座完整福耀行政大樓，並榮登世界室內設計集成五百強企業之列。有幸福耀玻璃董事長曹德旺先生對過往項目的高度肯定與全力支持，激勵我們持續探索福耀行政大樓的3.0空間，在延續既有優勢的基礎上，開創嶄新格局。

新建辦公空間佔地14,000平方米，坐落於衛星生產設施南側，整體園區總面積達460,000平方米。在此項目，三良木帶出全新的設計概念：「上下同心，提步向上精品創；宏觀廣視，群策聚首定科材」，以簡約精粹的建築連結室外與室內空間，展現福耀玻璃對未來科技的積極擁抱與對卓越品質的堅持。

The Residential Complex is a good mix of 5 high towers and 12 unique villas ranging from 600m² to 1,000m² with a lot of green area.Here's some snaps of our celebration day in early-October! P.S. It connects directly to the new Shen Zhong Super Expressway 深中通道 . With such good proximity to 深圳Shen Zhen, it’s virtually like part of the extended commercial development districts but enjoyed much lower costs of living of it surrounded, while quality of comprehensive commercial and living facilities are same. Ingeniously placed buildings like mid hill terrain and high-quality spatial design, it seeks to achieve a higher standard of living by creating a connecting environment with greenery and the community

SDL is excited to design the office building for another NEW Fu Yao Auto Glass #福耀玻璃 Production plant. The new office building will be the second plant in 福清 city but at another location 阳下. The five storey building has about 14,000m² and situated on south side of a site together with satellite planning facilities. which occupy total area of 460,000m². Based on design concept of “We work to serve the best, reaching out future technology to produce the top quality” (上下同心，提步向上精品创。宏观广视，群策聚首定科材 ), the building formed its configurations throughout the interiors to the exteriors. Occupying a total area of 460,000m², it is planned that the construction to complete and will start glass production in 2025.
