In 2023 I decided to set up Balloonsie to provide balloon services for Athboy and surrounding areas. I have undergone training with leading industry experts and am continuing to practice and increase my balloon making skills. Services that I offer include helium balloon bouquets, table centrepieces, columns and number stacks, organic garlands and easel displays. I work out of a pet free, and child

free workshop space. I use professional quality balloons such as Qualatex, Kalisan & Sempertex as they have a great colour range plus they are made from 100% biodegrable latex from sustainably sourced farms. (I am unable to make up displays using customers own balloons)

An elegant balloon easel display complimented this rustic loft restaurant beautifully. With coordinating balloon bouquets and elegant personalised helium numbers in rosewood, gold and powder pink. I love milestone birthdays and decorating for them in a way which ties in with a theme, dress, invitation or venue is what I enjoy.

A little snippet of this week’s orders… 🤍

Feeling so grateful for every booking, message and recommendation. It was definitely a busy one, but every setup was created with so much care and love. I hope everyone had the most special Communion days and birthday celebrations.

A huge thank you to my hubby and amazing friends for all the help this week too 🫶🏻

Taking today to rest and spend time with family, and I’ll be back to messages, next week’s orders and prop collections tomorrow.

Every now and again faults do happen. You can even get a bad batch sometimes. Normally I remember to pre inflate but didn’t today… 🙈 am now kicking myself. This is why I inflate hours beforehand to test they are ok to go out.

Speaking of faults…. I will happily say that my balloons will last a minimum of 24 hours as long as the balloon care guidelines are followed….
- Transport them GENTLY
- Don’t keep anywhere hot or cold and out of direct sunlight
- keep away from small humans (they are for display purposes not toys)
Remember they are BALLOONS 🎈 not DIAMONDS 💎

Just a little reminder that our stands are handmade. I tried all sorts of designs but I really don’t like using the plastic ones if I can help it.
These are nice, sturdy long lasting and I’m happy with the size plus they are very versatile for any occasion, can be decorated with teddy’s, leaves, monkeys, bows or flowers :)
More props are coming ….. im a professional procrastinator who over thinks things a little bit, but I have a vision for my next props :)
