DFG Architects have recently received a full grant of planning permission for the Adaptive Reuse of an Historic Carlow Warehouse building. Currently derelict and located within the town centre area; it's development will constitute an important step in the regeneration of this key riverside urban zone.

DFG Architects created this visualization using a custom ComfyUI workflow powered by the Wan 2.2 model by defining "start" and "end" frames & then splicing several generations together back to back.

The project itself focuses on the adaptive reuse of a challenging site in Graiguecullen, Carlow Town; a sensitive conversion of a derelict late-eighteenth, early nineteenth-century stone warehouse adjacent to a protected structure, to deliver 15 high-quality social housing units. ; ; ; ; ; ; ; www.dfgarchitects.com

DFG Architects have been granted full planning permission on behalf of our client for the significant re-ordering and re-design of two Georgian South City Centre buildings in the heart of Dublin. This sensitive development of two protected structures comprises extensive kitchen facilities, bars, restaurants, banqueting rooms and offices and roof gardens, over four floors. This visualization of the central bar and adjacent dining area shows the existing space opened up over two floors with an overlooking mezzanine restaurant above. The design granted has almost doubled the usable commercial area within the existing building whilst maintaining intimacy, energy and a new vibrant style. ; ; ; ; www.dfgarchitects.com
