Tiles shop in Clonakilty is looking for sale assistant who will be delivering excellent customer service and working with premium products.
We are looking for person with:
• Previous experience in consultative sales or strong service background is ideal
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• A professional, calm and customer – focused approach –
• Competent in the use of computer system.
• Should be highly motivated
• Monday to Friday work (40hours weekly)
Responsibilities:
• Welcome and consult with customers in store, offering expert advise on tiles flooring solutions,
• Dealing with our customers on a day-to-day basis, both by telephone and in person
• Guide clients through a sales process
• Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the store, including but not limited to making sales, inventory management, dealing with customer queries and maintaining store cleanliness.

• Build relationships with clients by delivering outstanding service and tailored solutions
• Maintain the standards of the showroom

Important Customer Announcement.



J&T Tiles are operating as normal at the moment.
We are carefully monitoring the situation regarding Covid-19 (Coronavirus) and have procedures in place to protect the health and wellbeing of our Staff and Customers.



We are committed to following the strictest protocols which are advised by the authorities as and when they arise.



We will close on Tuesday 17th March for St. Patrick’s Day and plan to re-open as normal on Wednesday 18th March. We will keep you updated if the situation changes.
