I now had the piece of mind that I was painting on a clean surface and my job was going to last. I would highly recommend to treat exterior surfaces before painting for a longer lasting paint finish.

If you have a k rend or colored plaster finish on ur house you can’t power wash it and you don’t need to paint it .You need to get it professionally softwashed to kill the algae thats causing the problem and discoloration.
