A remodel of a city house. No extension was required, I just reconfigured the existing space and made use of the roof space to create a bright, airy, open plan room for all the family!

A recent design for a cottage extension and remodel near Mallow, Cork. Resurrecting the old stone finish on the original cottage and adding a new open plan wing with connecting hallway and new entrance.

Some photos from a ground floor remodel of a home in West Cork. The project was completed a few years ago, but I just got around to taking photos now. I changed a typical Irish sunroom (too hot in summer, too cold in winter) into a usable space by reducing the north facing glass and opening up the great views to the south. The kitchen was transformed with the addition of a small glass filled extension, which created space for a great family island!

It's almost the weekend....I wish I could relax in this bathroom I designed for a couple near Goggin's Hill recently. Where they had a small frosted glass window, they now have a large picture window to take in the view.
