For this project we fitted a seamless herringbone floor throughout and completed custom wall panelling in the living room to complement the customer’s colour scheme and overall style of the house.

Full run carried through the sitting room, hall, understairs, kitchen, and utility — all tied in clean from start to finish with no breaks in the flow.

✔️ Skirting boards carefully removed and refitted

✔️ Door frames undercut for a seamless finish

Herringbone is unforgiving — if your setting out is off even slightly, the whole floor shows it. That’s why the prep, the cuts, and the patience matter just as much as the fitting itself.

65m² herringbone install completed 🔥

No breaks. No transitions. One continuous flow right through the entire ground floor.

Ran clean under the kitchen units — boards cut and slid in tight with zero gaps.

All skirting removed and refitted for a proper finish, kickboards trimmed down to sit perfectly.

Every line planned, every cut intentional.

This is how it should be done.

Kitchen & Living Area Flooring Completed in Togher ✔️

Another seamless laminate install completed running from the hallway through to the kitchen and living area.

To achieve a clean professional finish we:

• Removed all skirtings before installation
• Ran the flooring seamlessly through every doorway with no breaks
• Undercut the entire kitchen so the flooring slides underneath for a tight finish
• Reinstalled and resealed skirtings ready for final paint touch-ups
• Ensured no gaps, no trims, and no shortcuts

The result is a continuous floor flow throughout the home, giving the space a much cleaner and higher-end look.

This floor was in rough shape when we came in.

Back to bare timber using 60 → 80 → 100 → 150 → 180 grit sandpaper progression.

All gaps filled using solvent-based adhesive mixed with sawdust from the floor itself for a seamless finish.

Finished and sealed — back to life.

Full house panel moulding installation completed in Cork.

Carried continuously from the staircase, around the mid-landing return, and through the hallway into the main living areas.

Every panel laid out to follow the pitch of the stairs and maintain consistent margins throughout the home.

It’s the flow and symmetry that make the difference.

Ready for final prep and paint.
