An emergency boiler change carried out in the past week and a full chemical power flush as the lower level radiators were not heating fully, As the customer's had no heat or hot water it came under essential works.

This little red pressure relief valve for a central heating system was fitted falsely by a plumber recently on hot water system and caused an extremely dangerous situation and a lot of damage in this apartment which resulted in a steam implosion of the cylinder as the stats were set up to 90°c they failed removed all insulation and warping the cold water storage it took 2 days for the temperature of the systems to cool down before we could upgrade cylinder
