Daydreaming is what humans do really well - it's when we create and invent the future. Make sure to record your mental wandering thoughts. Focus, however, is a challenge for humans. It's where we execute what we invent, and it's more energy intensive for our brain than daydreaming. Focus a few hours and mentally wander a few hours every day with intention and see what crops up!! I bet it looks like success.

Find downtime today; no matter how small. Reframe your idea of Monday. We are meant to rest and run. Rest and run and repeat. Lay out your rests and runs for the week. The work week should not be a marathon; just a series of runs and rests. Don't save rest for the weekend.
