And now it’s my beautiful granddaughter’s 9th birthday! Sadhbh drew a picture of what she would like….. and Nana delivered! Top and bottom tiers were chocolate biscuit and the middle tier was 6 layers of rainbow coloured sponges, with a secret centre of smarties and marshmallows. All complete with 123 edible butterflies! Also bunny shaped fondant covered sugar cookies for party bags..
