The insulation levels required for the Better Energy Scheme grants will be increasing from November this year (2019).

The u-values required will be decreasing from 0.27 to the new building regulation level of 0.18 when more than 25% of the fabric of the house is being improved.

Bad news about the deep retrofit scheme that was run by SEAI
