This customers bathroom was so bad with leaks even the rotten floorboards had to be ripped up.

Complete remodel with tanking done around the shower area and the floor and moisture resistant plasterboard used everywhere else.

One of the more common jobs I get asked to do is replace kitchen sink taps.
Here the customer wanted a standard mixer tap swapped out for one with a water filter.

I dont just do DIY, I also build garden rooms, constructed and insulated to a very high standard, cladded in a variety of materials. Pm for a price. Cannot be compared to flat pack cabins which are not suitable to our damp weather imo.

This one has Canadian Red Cedar cladding at the front and pvc coated metal cladding on the sides and back.

Serious issues with this hot press, some cowboy had even removed the expansion vessel for the heating system.

Customer calls, "Can you come look at my gutters, they're a bit loose and need fixing back up."

If your soffit, fascia or gutters are loose its rarely just as simple as that.... Not to worry, I'll leave it like new including fixing the real cause and not just the symptoms.

Some jobs this week.

5 of these driveway lamp post were all leaning over.
On 2 of them the bolts had rusted over time and needed replacing.
The other 3 just need some galvanised metal shims to straighten them back up.

Also some fencing repaired and replaced an existing frame around a horse water trough.
