You got LOCKED OUT?
No worries , it happens!
Here are few steps - but also you can use the option to CALL US!
Being locked out of your car can be extremely frustrating, especially when you are in a rush. Before jumping to a conclusion, we suggest assessing the situation first. Here are a few things you can do to check if your keys are still functional.
Check your key fob for any broken parts.
We drop our keys all the time, which could potentially lead to broken buttons. Perhaps the unlock button is jammed? To check if everything is fully functional, merely take apart the key fob and confirm that the buttons are in place.
Check the status of the battery.
Probably one of the more likely problems is that your battery needs replacement. It is always a good idea to have spare batteries on hand for those times you happen to get locked out of your car.
Car remote needs reprogramming.
Sometimes the signal your key fob sends to your car may get interrupted or disconnected somehow. If this is the case, it requires a quick reprogramming. Most car owners can do this on their own by resyncing the car’s receive with the remote. Instructions for this process are usually in the car manual.
