بعض الصور والمواد من مشروع تخطيط وتصميم مركز تجاري على شاطيء مدينه هرتسليا وبالتعاون مع مكتب פיצו קדם من تل ابيب.
قمنا بتصميم مبنى من نوع معين architectural typology ،والذي يساهم في الوصل بين مستوى شاطيء البحر ومستوى الشارع (فرق الارتفاعات بينهم تقريبا ١٠ أمتار)، بطريقه تدريجيه حيث تسمح للمستخدم استعمال المبنى بطريقه سهله .

Some images of a recent commercial project we designed in collaboration with pitsou kedem, on the shores of Herzeliya. The concept behind our design was to create a building typology which in its nature bridges between the level of the beach and the level of the road (approximately 10 meters height difference). This architectural typology creates a connection between both levels, in a fluid and a natural way which gives the user an opportunity to experience the spaces from different angles while creating interesting vistas.

نقدم لكم احدي المسابقات المعماريه التي اشتركنا بها على مستوى عالمي بالمشاركة مع المعماريون Elena Pilavaki و Nicky Nicolaou.
تخطيط وتصميم مجمع اكاديمي في جزيره poveglia التي تقع بالقرب من ڤينيتسيا.
المشاركه بالمسابقه من ضمن جمعيه YAC.
اليكم بعض من الصور والشرح عن فكره المشروع.

University Campus international competition

Poveglia - The venetian Gem

"Poveglia island floats above Laguna Veneta along with a significant natural and cultural heritage .The starting point of the project for this abandoned island, is to adapt a new living environment in harmony with the existing. Thus, allowing coexistence between history, nature, myths/rumors and the new campus life. With the main circulation as the backbone of the design, three main areas are defined and therefore add points of reference and directions of orientation. First, the complex with the existing ‘firstborn’ buildings, second a complex of additional faculty facilities in combination with the dorms and thirdly, located on the second part of the island -above the river, the sports facilities. Simultaneously, the key of the design is to develop along with the main circulation the potentials for new places of belonging. Places of attachment between locals and the place, locals and visitors or visitors and place" ....
