કુરમુરો ચેવડો..

બધા ને ખુબ ભાવે..સાંજે ચા સાથે તો મજા પડી જાય.. સવારે ડબ્બો ભરી ને બનાવો નાખ્યો..
મમરા વઘારી લ્યો..મકાઈ ના પૌવા.. સદા પૌવા..શીંગ દાણા તળી લ્યો.. રોટલી વધી હતી એ y તળી ને ભૂકો કરી નાખી દીધી..બધું એક તપેલા માં મિક્સ કરો..સેવ..ચવાણું પડ્યું હોય તો એ y mix કરી દયો.. હવે એક બાઉલ માં જરૂર પ્રમાણે મીઠું..મરચુથોડી દળેલ ખાંડ..આમચૂર પાઉડર.. ચાટ મસાલો..થોડું કાશ્મીરી મરચુ..મિક્સ કરી બધું ચેવડા માં નાખી સરસ હલાવી લ્યો..
ચટપટો મજેદાર કુરમુરો ચેવડો તૈયાર છે..
